Sweet Tooth Tuesday: Gingersnap Cookies

Gingersnap Cookies

I guess this is more of a Christmas cookie, but since we love cookies at my house, it is a year round cookie for us!
These are so so yummy!
Make some, I dare ya!

Gingersnap Cookies
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 Tablespoons molasses
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger

Combine all ingredients together.
Roll dough into balls about the size of a large walnut, then roll in granulated sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Makes about 3 dozen
