Foodie Friday: Pepperoni Pizza Pull Apart Bread

I am addicted to pinterest! I find myself pinning great ideas and then never actually making them- but this recipe for pepperoni pizza pull apart bread looked too good to be forgotten! And can I tell you- it is delicious!!!

Ingredients:
1 round loaf of boule bread (thats just what happened to be on sale at the grocery store- and it turned out fabulous! I think any type of round bread would work though!)
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2-3 Tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese
1 package pepperoni (either get the mini pepperonis or buy the regular size and quarter them)
3 Tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 teaspon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Marina sauce for dipping

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Place loaf of bread on a foil-lined baking sheet
3. Cut 1 inch slits horizontally and vertically in the bread- be careful not to cut all the way through the bread though- you want your bread pieces attached!

3. Take your mozzarella cheese and pepperoni pieces and stuff them into all the slits.

4. Combine the butter, oregana, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture on top of your pizza loaf.

5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6. Cover the loaf with another piece of foil.
7. Bake for 15 minutes
8. Unwrap bread and bake for additional 10 minutes
9. Serve with warm marinara sauce

Recipe from Baking with Blondie.

Enjoy!!!!

DIY Thursday: lamp makeover

I love to find things that are someone else's trash and make it my treasure.
Our neighbor had these old old lamps in the trash can and I fell in love with them.
They were hanging from a pole and a chain so I took everything apart so all i had left was the lamp.
I washed them, primed them and then the final color YELLOW!

After they were all dry I took some ribbon and hung them in the corner of my master bedroom. I love them even more then I did when I found them in the trash.

Wildcard Wednesday: Spiderweb!

Hi friends! I might have another addiction this month. It might be HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS. I am crazy just plain crazy ask my husband :) I saw a spiderweb picture frame here and I thought now I finally have a project to use my weird rectangle shaped frames that I have been holding on to for a "few" years. I ran to my basement, pulled one out and got straight to work (beginning of sept). If you don't have a random rectangle one like me than just use an 8x10 or whatever size you want. :)
I painted my frame purple and grabbed some black yarn
(only color I had and really wanted to make it NOW!)

I just stretched the yarn in an x and a + hot gluing it onto the back lip.

Then i just tied a piece around to make the web part and tied it at each intersection. I tried just wrapping it like the other tutorial said but... it pulled the web at weird angles and bothered me so the tie option worked perfect.
Lastly I was thinking of making a spider out of paper or my favorite sculpty, but then i found a 3 pack of these glow in the dark spiders at the dollar store so it won.
Okay readers I have a bit of a conundrum. Do I attach the orange tissue paper onto the back or leave it open to the wall?? Leave a comment and tell me your favorite orange or white?? I can't decide! :)
