Carmel Layer Chocolate Squares





These are SO GOOD and perfect for when you are having a ooey gooey chocolate craving!


Carmel Layer Chocolate Squares:

1 bag caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
coconut (optional)

*Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. In a large mixing bowl, mix by hand cake mix, melted butter, 1/3 evaporated milk, nuts and coconut. Press half of dough in pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Spread caramel mixture over baked layer, Crumble remaining mixture over baked layer. Crumble remaining dough mixture over carmel. Bake 15-18 minutes. Cool slightly. Put in fridge 30 minutes to set carmel. Cut into squares.

Umm i almost starting making these at 11:30 cause they sound so yummy
