DIY Thursday: Car plastic bag storage

I got this idea from this website
http://www.infarrantlycreative.net/2011/08/wipes-container-reuse-and-a-giveaway.html

I saw this and I thought this might help me keep my car a little more clean.  If your like me life is just crazy busy most of the time.  When life calms down for a minute your too tired to clean and just want to relax.  It seems like my car gets cluttered from papers, plastic water bottles and sometimes from my husband who leaves stuff in my car.  (I'm guilty of doing it in his car too).  I thought having plastic bags in my car would help me when my car gets this way.  Then I can put all the clutter in bag and run it to the garbage.  I thought of some other uses too:
-dirty diaper when you not around a trash
-wet clothes, swim suit, potty accidents
-
What you will need:
-12 plastic grocery bags
-fabric(I just bought one of those quilting squares from walmart)(I needed about 8'' x 10")
-empty wipe container
-Mod Podge
-foam brush
-fabric scissors
-wax paper

1. Flatten all the bags to get the air out
2. Fold bags in half

3. Line up all 12 bags overlappin them a little.

4. Fold the first bag’s handle upward.   This will be your middle and the first bag you pull out of the container.   All the other bags will be connected to this first one.

5.   Now tightly roll up your bags tucking in the new handles as you roll.

 6. After you roll up 12 bags you are ready to insert them into your wipes container.

7. After inserting them pull the handle out, just like wipes

8. Roll out some wax paper.  Place fabric on there.  Take your brush and mod podge your fabic.  Let dry.  Cut to size.  I got my measurements by measuring the height of the container and the circumfirence.  I ended up needing abot 7 3/8 inch by 10 3/8 inch.

I then mod podge my lysol container and put my fabric on and let it dry.

Finished project.  I think it turned out cute.  I even have extra fabic.  I think I am going to make one for a friend.  This thing has already come in handy.
